Every time in Chattanooga, I choose this place. The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is welcoming, and the room is bright and cool. I must comment on its central location - it was favourable. There is Kfc serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the property.

It was in a central setting in the mountains.

The room was brand-new, well-stocked with a washing machine, and had comfortable beds.

Convenient location to downtown (15 minute walk to or $3 parking at Choo Choo/free electric shuttle), GSA rates, hot breakfast included, refrigerator (all) / microwave (most) rooms, helpful/friendly staff.

It was very difficult to find in the one way system. Each time we went out we got lost trying to return but maybe it was us being foreign and unfamiliar with the US traffic system.

When I stayed here with my dogs, I found the hotel rooms to be tidy and equipped with free internet 🐾. Plus, there was a cozy chair for lounging.

Bsides the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was professional, helpful and just downright friendly, Would recommend this hotel to any of my friends/colleagues.

The location is marvelous, so close to the aquarium and other tourist spots, as well as the interstate and downtown. The room is a nice size, well-furnished, with a comfortable chair, a very comfortable bed, and even a washing machine.

Very convenient and accommodations were clean. Staff was Pleasent.
